General
Pixel Interactive is an event technology company that provides immersive, interactive experiences for events — including branded photobooths, mini games, AI-powered installations, and fully custom packages.
We are based in Metro Manila and service clients across the Philippines. For large-scale or destination events, we can also coordinate nationwide or regional deployments.
We recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance for standard packages, and 4–6 weeks for custom or Enterprise builds. For peak seasons (December, February, June), book as early as possible.
Services & Customization
Absolutely. All our experiences are fully branded. You provide your logos, color palette, and any design guidelines — our creative team will incorporate them into the experience interface, overlays, and printed materials.
We cover a wide range: corporate events, product launches, weddings, birthdays, brand activations, trade shows, festivals, conventions, and private parties.
Yes! Our Pro and Enterprise packages support multiple experience types running simultaneously. We also offer custom builds that blend photobooths, games, and AI experiences into one cohesive activation.
Yes. AI experiences can be added as an add-on to any package. The scale and type of AI interaction can be adjusted to fit your event size and budget.
Logistics & Support
Yes. All packages include full setup before your event starts and complete teardown and removal after. You don't need to lift a finger.
Yes — every booking includes at least one dedicated on-site technician for the full duration of your event. Enterprise packages include multiple technicians.
Our technicians carry backup equipment and have remote support access. Downtime is extremely rare, but if an issue arises, our team resolves it immediately on-site.
Pricing & Payments
We require a 50% reservation fee upon booking confirmation, with the remaining 50% due 7 days before the event date.
Yes. We offer loyalty discounts for returning clients and special rates for accredited non-profit organizations and community events. Contact us to discuss.

Client Portal
The Client Portal is a private access point where you can view your project's demo build and production materials. Access is provided by your project manager via a unique code — no password needed.
Once your project is ready, your project manager will send you a unique access code via email. Simply go to the Client Portal, enter your code, and you'll have instant access to your assigned materials.
Codes are case-insensitive and expire on a set date. If your code isn't working, it may have expired or been entered incorrectly. Contact your project manager for a new code.
